Method:

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Beat egg and milk and set aside.

Lay a pastry sheet on a lightly floured workbench. Brush the bottom edge with eggwash and overlap the other sheet.

Then spread cooking sauce on top and brush the edges with eggwash. Scatter with ham, pineapple and cheese. Flatten out a bit, roll up fairly tightly and cut into slices.

Place slices on a lightly oiled baking tray, brush the pastry edges with eggwash and cook in the oven for about 10-12 mins until risen and golden.
