Preheat oven to 200°C.
Portion the duck, wrap individually in kitchen foil and heat in the oven for 4-5 mins.
Also wrap the tortillas in foil and heat in the oven for the last 2 mins.
Then slice the duck flesh (and serve the bones on the side).
Smear tortillas with Hoisin, top with cucumber, spring onions and 2 pieces of duck. Then fold the bottom over, roll up and enjoy!
