Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place fish in an ovenproof dish in one layer.

Lightly salt and top with orange juice, tasty cheese, parsley and Cornflakes. Dot with butter and cook in oven for about 15 mins.

When fish is almost ready, cook broccoli in plenty of boiling water. Drain well.

Serve fish with broccoli on the side.
