Method:

Place condensed milk and 100 gm butter in a pot and gently simmer until butter has melted. (DO NOT BOIL.) Remove.

Then combine butter mixture with crushed biscuits, 1 cup icing sugar, ground almonds, walnuts and almond essence until well incorporated.

Spray a baking tin with oil and spoon in the mixture, pressing into the corners. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

To make the icing, mix together remaining icing sugar and butter, cocoa and enough hot water to reach smooth consistency.

Then spread the icing on top of the slice and refrigerate for at least another 30 mins.

Cut into squares before serving.
