Preheat oven to 180°-190°C.
Sift together flour and cocoa into a bowl.
In another bowl, cream sugar and butter with a hand mixer.
Add eggs into sugar mix, little by little, together with 1 tbsp flour mixture at a time, continually beating with the hand mixer.
Then add chocolate and orange zest. Mix with a wooden spoon until well combined.
Lightly spray two mini muffin tins and fill each cavity two-thirds full. Cook in oven for 10-12 mins until risen and slightly firm to the touch.
