Kid's Own Noodles

Method:

Preheat oven to 220°C.

Whisk up orange juice, honey, 3 tbsp soy, lemon juice, ginger and garlic in a large bowl. Toss in wings until well coated and refrigerate for up to 30 mins.

Then transfer wings to an oven tray, spread them out and cook in the middle of oven for 20-30 mins, adding a little water if needed.

At the same time, soak noodles in hot water until separated. Drain well.

When chicken is ready, heat oil in a wok (or large non-stick pan) and toss carrots and celery briefly.

Toss in snowpeas and add stock, a splash of soy and oyster sauce. Mix well, add noodles and toss until heated.

To serve, mound noodles in individual bowls, top with wings and any cooking juices and scatter with spring onions.
