Hoisin Chicken Wraps

Method:

Preheat overhead grill to the highest degree.

Place the chicken on a lightly oiled baking tray and generously brush both sides of the chicken with Hoisin. Then grill for 4-5 mins, turning once.

Cook the tortillas on a lightly oiled ridged grill (or in a pan).

If you like, brush the tortillas with more Hoisin and then lay the chicken, lettuce and celery on top. Roll up and enjoy!

nb. Any salad can be used for this recipe.
