Sprinkle the bananas with lemon juice and toss in the coconut.
Then thread the bananas and the other fruit onto about 12 skewers.
To make the sauce, mix together the yoghurt, honey and passionfruit pulp.
Serve the skewers with the sauce in a small bowl on the side.
