Whisk oil, lemon juice, garlic and seasonings.
Add chops and toss well. Then cook on a preheated ridged grill (or BBQ) to desired degree, brushing with the marinade as yo do so.
While the chops are cooking, cook sweetcorn in lightly salted boiling water until tender.
